Working in strength & conditioning, rehab and fitness for the past 10 years has given me great insight into different training methods, trends and “pop culture” fitness fads.

A common failing of modern day training programs is far too much focus on training intensity rather than technical integrity.

Mobility, technique, balance and recovery are too often sacrificed for 6 minute Abs, rapid weight loss, and smash your way to healthy style training plans.

This is not a sustainable way to achieve your goals and maintain longevity in your training.

Over the last 10 years I have developed a

smarter way to train, which will:

  • National Association of Sports Medicine NASM Corrective Exercise
  • Paul Chek Core Conditioning and Program Design
  • Australian Institute of Fitness, Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness
  • 10+ years experience, London and Sydney
  • Worked with professional soccer teams in the UK
  • Coached Winter sports In US, Japan, UK, Europe and New Zealand
