Our premier training package includes:

  • Goal setting session
  • Movement and postural analysis session
  • Previous injury and Spinal alignment analysis session with our team Osteopath
  • Corrective exercise video – warm up drills and home exercise plan to address weak links highlighted from screening process
  • Fortnightly massage – again focusing on correcting weak links within the body
  • 3 training sessions a week with one of our strength in motion trainers

Athletic Performance Plus Package:

The ultimate strength and conditioning package for any sportsperson who wants to excel in their chosen field. No matter what the sport or level, this package will ensure you get the most efficient exercise prescription and training for your body. Training cycles take place over a period of 6 weeks, we recommend 3 training cycles for extensive results.

What you get per training cycle:

  • Goal setting and sporting performance analysis session
  • Advanced FMS movement screening

Sports Team Corrective Strength and Conditioning

Whatever the sport, whatever the level, movement analysis and sport specific strength and conditioning can help transform your team’s performance throughout the season.

We can bring the strength in motion model to you to help analyse each individuals imbalances and organise your teams training accordingly. We realise that each team and sport is different and can arrange a package to suit your needs, whether it be assessing the weak links and putting together some basic programming, or putting together and running a more in depth, corrective, strength and conditioning program over a longer period of time.

Corporate Group Training

More and more we are seeing the rise of corporate competitions and fitness events where the corporate world likes to flex its muscles and also punish some of its employees by making them run up ridiculous courses. Often these events are quite gruelling but ineffective or little training is done for them prior to the event.
