Mike utilises functional training, aiming to help clients move pain free with challenging but fun workouts based around initial assessments and clients goals. With a high focus on nutrition he stays up to date with the latest trends and training styles for optimal body function both inside and out. Mike thrives on problem solving and has experience with all age groups and walks of life.
