As the Strength and Conditioning coach for East Rugby club and Cranbrook school, Josh brings plenty of strength and conditioning experience to the team. along with an ability to work with athletes of different levels codes and ages, both in a group setting and one on one.
Issy has a natural positive energy and enthusiasm for all things health. She uses a balanced combination of movement flows with strength and conditioning to prevent injuries, advance long term health and sustainability improve physical performance.
Mike utilises functional training, aiming to help clients move pain free with challenging but fun workouts based around initial assessments and clients goals.
Jack has experience helping a range of clients with various injuries get back to full health. He works with 1 on 1 clients and sports teams to improve mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance.
